Ph.D. Workshop of JADES students will be organized. You are invited to submit a short (10 min.) presentation of your Ph.D. Topic or current research results. All JADES students from Novi Sad, Skopje and Tuzla are expected to attend this Workshop, together with their supervisors.

5th Coordination meeting


10th - 12th January, 2010

The Fifth Coordination Meeting was held at University of Madeira – Funshal on10.01.- 12.01.2010.
After receiving the invitation letter from University of Madera and their interest for our projects Consortium decided to organize the coordination meeting at University of Madeira. The island of Madeira, Portugal, has a deep relation with renewable energy sources and its policy is oriented towards sustainability. Madeira depends also on hydro power and wind power and has great potential in
photovoltaic generation and wave generation. University of Madeira showed great interest fot the JADES and CEFES Tempus project and therefore they decided to be host to our meeting.
During three days of stay the following activities has been done:
-    Official meetings with representatives from the University of Madeira
-    Presentation of CEFES and JADES projects
-    Presentation of prof. V: Miranda,
-    Presentation of current situation at each regional university
-    Discussion and conclusions about following activities
-    Upcoming events in JADES project
-    Financial aspect of the project.
The Consortium made a summary of suggestions and decisions that were discussed during the meetings.


The course, "Advanced Monitoring and Control", at the JADES Ph.D. studies at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences will be held in Novi Sad, Serbia on 21st and 23rd December 2009 (Monday/Wednesday).

The venue will be Ceremonial Hall (Svecana sala) of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, Trg Dositeja Obradovica 6, Novi Sad, Serbia.
